We purchase licences for the use of digital goods, software, and virtual items from the Platform and sell those licences to end customers through the Webstore.

4. Use of the Webstore
Your use of the Webstore is governed by these Terms and our General Website Terms & Conditions. You should read those documents carefully as they include important terms that apply to you.
You must not use the Webstore for any purpose other than to make personal, non-commercial purchases of Products, except as otherwise permitted by us in writing.
You must not, in whole or in part:
Sell, rent, lease, license, or grant a security interest in the Webstore
Copy, reproduce, publish, distribute, translate, modify, or create derivative works
Disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to discover source code
Attempt to interfere with, bypass, or disrupt security or payment systems
5. Relationship With the Platform & How the Contract Is Formed
The Webstore will guide you through the steps you need to take to place an order. You should check and correct any errors before submitting your order.
The Platform licenses logos, graphics, wordmarks, software, and other assets to us for the purpose of advertising and selling non-tangible digital content.
The Platform sells us licences for digital products that provide in-game rewards or benefits, and we resell those licences to you as the merchant for these Products.
As the Seller, we may negotiate and conclude the sale, or decline to conclude a sale, for any reason, including but not limited to suspected fraudulent activity or previous interactions with you.
When you purchase Products from the Webstore, you enter into a Contract with us. No contract is formed between you and the Platform in relation to the purchase.
6. Licensed Digital Content
All digital software and other digital items provided through the Webstore are licensed, not sold.
The licence we grant you:
Is limited and personal
Allows you to consume and use the Product personally
Applies only to the account originally used to make the purchase
To improve readability, we may use terms such as sell, purchase, or buy. These terms refer only to the granting of a limited licence and do not imply ownership.
Products may include, but are not limited to:
Supporter tiers or subscriptions
In-game vehicles or vehicle access
Supporter-only stores or content
Queue priority or queue skipping
Discord roles or access
Cosmetic or convenience benefits
All Products are virtual, have no real-world monetary value, and cannot be exchanged for real-world currency.
7. Subscriptions & Automatic Renewals
Some Products are sold as subscriptions that renew automatically.
By purchasing a subscription, you acknowledge and agree that:
The subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period
Your payment method will be charged automatically
Benefits apply only while the subscription is active and in good standing
You may cancel a subscription at any time through your Tebex account dashboard.
Cancelling a subscription:
Prevents future renewals
Does not refund the current billing period
Does not reverse benefits already delivered
If payment fails, access to Products may be suspended or revoked.
8. Problems With Products
Your contract with us means that we will make every reasonable effort to resolve any Product-related issues you may have.
If difficulties arise with ancillary services required to use the Product (for example, access to the server), we may refer you to specialised external support. You should always contact us first.
9. The Webstore & Products
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Webstore belong to us.
All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in the Products belong to the Platform, and licences to use those Products are sold to us.
We, the Platform, and our licensors reserve all rights under national and international law to protect those rights.
We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, error-free, virus-free, or secure operation of the Webstore or access to Products.
10. Changes to Products, Perks & Server Operation
The Products offered through this Webstore provide access to digital supporter benefits and in-game content. These benefits are provided as part of a licensed digital service and may change over time.
We may update, modify, replace, restrict, or remove Products, perks, vehicles, roles, features, or other digital content where reasonably required due to:
Compliance with FiveM, CFX.RE, Rockstar Games, Discord, or other third-party platform rules
Legal, regulatory, or policy requirements
Technical limitations, performance issues, or infrastructure changes
Gameplay balance, design updates, or development decisions
Changes to how the Platform is operated or maintained
There is no guarantee that any specific perk, item, role, or feature will remain available for any particular period of time.
If changes occur, we may communicate updates through the Webstore or official community channels; however, we are not required to provide advance notice in all circumstances.
Except where required by applicable consumer law, no refunds will be provided for:
Changes, replacements, or removal of Products or perks
Adjustments to subscription benefits
Loss of access caused by third-party compliance requirements
Partial or permanent suspension or closure of the Platform
By purchasing a Product, you acknowledge that digital supporter benefits are provided as-is, are subject to change, and do not create a permanent or guaranteed entitlement to any.
11. No Refunds, Bans & Platform Access
Purchases are payments for licences to use digital virtual items.
This transaction is final and there are no refunds.
If you are banned for breaking Platform rules, you will not be refunded. Bans are at the full discretion of the Platform, and rules may change at any time.
There is no guarantee that you will be able to access the Platform indefinitely. If the Platform is no longer operated, virtual items are forfeited.
12. Virtual Currency
Some Products may include in-game tokens, credits, or simulated value ("Virtual Currency").
Virtual Currency:
Has no physical or monetary value
Can only be redeemed on the Platform it was issued for
Cannot be exchanged for real-world currency
We may monitor purchases involving Virtual Currency. Unusual patterns of use may result in forfeiture at our discretion.
13. Privacy & Personal Information
We only use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You should read that document carefully as it forms part of these Terms.
14. Age Restriction
You may only purchase Products from the Webstore if you are at least 16 years old.
15. Order Process & Checkout

Payment methods, delivery times, taxes, and fees will be displayed during checkout.
All orders are subject to these Terms, the publisher's terms, and any ancillary service terms. If there is a conflict, these Terms take priority.
16. Right to Vary These Terms
We may amend these Terms from time to time.
The Terms in force at the time you place your order will apply.
If changes materially affect your order, we will provide reasonable notice and explain how you may cancel affected Products where required by law.
17. EU Right of Withdrawal
This section applies only to customers in the European Union.
EU law provides a right of withdrawal on software sales. This right may be excluded for digital content once delivery has begun with your consent.
The statutory withdrawal period ends 14 days after purchase or when downloading begins, whichever occurs first.
Details are set out fully in Schedule 1 below.
18. Further Consumer Rights
As a consumer, you have legal rights where Products are faulty, not as described, or not provided with reasonable care and skill.
These rights are not affected by any other part of these Terms.
19. Delivery
Delivery of Products from the Webstore is performed digitally by us.
20. Price of Products
Prices are set by us and displayed on the Webstore at the time you submit your order.
Prices may change, but changes will not affect accepted orders.
Payment processing is performed by us and our third-party payment processors.
If VAT or similar taxes apply, they will be added at checkout.
Errors relating to pricing or VAT treatment will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
21. How to Pay
You may only pay using payment methods offered during checkout.
By providing payment details, you confirm that you are the authorised user and authorise us and our payment processors to process payment.
You agree not to use IP proxying or other methods to disguise your location to bypass pricing or restrictions.
Additional fees may apply for currency conversion or payment processing.
22. Our Liability
If we fail to comply with these Terms, we are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breach or negligence.
We are not responsible for losses that are not foreseeable, including loss of goodwill, system failures, indirect or consequential damages, or inability to use Products.
Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.
23. Affiliated Brands
We are not affiliated with, associated with, authorised by, endorsed by, or officially connected with any third-party brands unless stated.

24. Third-Party Sites
The Webstore may link to third-party sites or vendors. Any obligations you incur with third parties are your responsibility.
We make no warranties regarding third-party sites.
25. Ancillary Services
Access to Products may require third-party services such as servers or game clients. Those services may be subject to additional terms.
Disagreement with third-party terms does not affect your purchase, and no refunds will be provided.
26. Assignment, Severability & Waiver
We may transfer our rights and obligations under these Terms.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations without our written consent.
If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
Failure to enforce a right does not waive that right.
27. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by English law.
Consumers retain mandatory protections under local law, including Australian Consumer Law.
Schedule 1 - Right of Withdrawal for EU Customers
This Schedule applies only to EU customers.
You have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after purchase or when digital delivery begins, whichever occurs first.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear written statement.
If you withdraw, we will reimburse payments within 14 days using the same payment method.
The right of withdrawal does not apply once digital delivery has begun with your express consent and acknowledgment.
