This page explains how enforcement works so players know what to expect.

Investigation approach​

Staff may review:

  • Server logs and telemetry.
  • POV clips and screenshots.
  • Witness accounts and scene context.

If evidence conflicts, staff may request additional POV or clarification. Reports involving harassment or privacy may be handled confidentially.

Typical actions​

Depending on severity, staff may apply:

  • Warnings (verbal or written).
  • Kicks or forced scene resets.
  • Temporary bans.
  • Permanent bans.
  • Character wipes or rollbacks (especially for exploiting/cheating).

Escalation guidance​

Outcomes are based on the specific circumstances, but generally fall into these bands:

  • Minor: warning or education.
  • Moderate: temporary ban (commonly 12–72 hours).
  • Major: longer temporary ban (commonly 7–30 days).
  • Severe: permanent ban.

Transparency​

Where appropriate, staff may publish high-level notes about major policy changes or clarifications through official announcements.
